4 Ways To Completely Sabotage Your James Bond Lifestyle

James Bond is a lot of things – suave, sophisticated, and confident. Hard working. To live a life similar to his, you must also adopt these traits, incorporating them into your everyday life and taking every moment for all it’s worth. Not only will this give you confidence above and beyond that of a normal person, but the skills to match. However, there are four sure-fire ways to sabotage this lifestyle.

  • Procrastinate
  • Poor hygiene
  • Lack of exercise
  • Forget what drives you

Procrastinate

Do you think James sat around watching Netflix on Saturday? No. He spent his time honing his skills, doing the work he needed to do. Maybe he would spend time relaxing in the arms of a beautiful woman, or sipping a martini (shaken, not stirred), but he would never waste
time.

Poor Hygiene

James was always impeccably dressed. Even when KGB agents burst into his room in the middle of the night, they never found him in a pair of ruined underwear with holes in all the wrong places. And when it came time to impress the ladies, his hair was groomed, his teeth
brushed. Follow that example. If you allow yourself to have poor hygiene, you may be unprepared for an unexpected circumstance that demands your hygiene be up to par.

Lack Of Exercise

How do you think James was able to outrun, out climb, and out fight his enemies? His was in peak physical shape. He never skipped the gym because he was ‘tired.’ Do not allow yourself to make excuses; make time for the gym. Make time to work out and better yourself, even if that means waking up earlier or going to bed later. Get in an hour workout, at least, each day. Not only will your body improve, but also your willpower.

Forget What Drives You

James was fueled by a very specific drive, a sort of motivation that few people ever reach. Do you think he ever forgot what it was that drove him to fight and to work? No, he didn’t. Write your goals down. Make sure you look at them each day, especially on those days when you feel your work ethic subsiding and you have no desire to get out of bed. Remember what it is you are working towards – and why.

The James Bond lifestyle is difficult. It was never meant to be easy; it was only meant to be worth it. In that endeavor, it does not fail. Being in peak physical condition, possessing the kinds of skills that will allow you to survive no matter where you might find yourself, and having the confidence that will allow you to blend in and converse with anyone, anywhere, is something that only the James Bond lifestyle can give you. Don’t sabotage it.
